Our web host, like most, keeps log files
on website activity. These files do not contain data
which can be linked to any personal information. Analysing these log
files gives us some insight into how well our site is

In order to provide secure processing of your credit

At no time do we have access to your credit card, bank account or other financial
information. We will never ask you to resend your credit card / bank information. Please report any such

Our activation process requires you to enter a
valid e-mail address which is used to send you your purchase and activation details.
When you purchase a game we will automatically
create an account for you. This account allows you to sign in
and view your purchased and free activation keys. Please read below for
more information on how we use your account details.
Account Usage
Our account service provides you with a place
to view your purchased/free keys, submit forum posts, comment
on our blog, access additional downloads, grab free games
using credits and obtain additional free games.
Your account information includes your email address and order IDs, obtained from our e-commerce providers when you
purchase a game. This allows us to provide your purchased and free activation keys from your account page:
We generate a username and password (which is stored encrypted so that even we don't know what it is), and
keep details on which games have been purchased.
If you prefer not to have an account please
contact us via email and we will remove your account and related
information. We will continue to store your purchase information
offline for the purposes of re-sending purchased activation
keys.
Newsletter Subscription
When you purchase a game we will add your email
address to our newsletter so that you will receive update information.
You can also join our newsletter mailing list using the online forms.
Our newsletter is sent out around once per month
until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time by following
the instructions at the bottom of each newsletter or using the
unsubscribe form on the Newsletter Page.
