How do I get my Clockwork Pixels account login details?
Account details are currently sent to all new customers. If you purchase a game you'll receive your account details
along with the activation code to your purchased game.
If you have purchased one of the games from Clockwork Pixels in the past but don't have your login details
please use the
Contact Page to get in touch and we'll send them right out.
How do I update my email address or login details?
Please log in to the
Account Page using your current details. You can then use the 'Update Account Details' option
to let us know about your change of email address and update your username & password.
If you have changed your email address and no longer have access to your old account please use the
Contact Page to tell us.
Please provide at least some of the following information :
- The game's name.
- The email address you used to purchase the game.
- The order ID you received after purchasing the game.
- The date of purchase.
The activation keys on my account page don't work. Now what?
There are a couple of reasons why the activation keys may not work as expected.
If these do not help please email us via the
Contact Page.
1) Please make sure you have entered the activation keys correctly. Usually it's
best to copy and paste them directly to avoid typos (using Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V).
2) To combat piracy we may occasionally need to update the activation system. The
account page will always have valid keys so if you're having problems with them it may be worth
downloading the latest versions of the games.
